When do you ship?

Orders typically ship USPS 1st Class within 1 business day. Contact us to inquire about expedited shipping. Pre-orders ship on the date listed on the pre-order page.

Where do you ship to and what are the rates?

Currently shipping is limited to the United States. Contact us about international orders. See shipping options in your cart.

How do I track an order that’s been shipped?

Contact us if you have not received your order within 7-10 days. Pre-orders ship on the date listed on the pre-order page.

Is there a local pickup option?

A Local Pickup option will appear for those in zip codes 28590, 27834 and 27858. Ordered products can be picked up locally between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday at Buzzadelic LLC, 1413 Evans Street, Suite D, Greenville, NC 27834. See map.

Refund FAQs

Are all your products returnable, or do some restrictions apply?

Items must be returned in resalable condition. The original purchase price, less shipping, will be refunded when the returned items are received in good condition. If there is damage due to insufficient packing, full price may not be refunded. The return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Proof of damaged goods must be provided for replacement of items purchased.

How do items need to be returned or exchanged?

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to discuss options for refund, exchange, or replacement.
